All items are handmade and made with care. Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom or personalized orders may take longer.

Tracking Information

Lost or Delayed Packages

Dangle Daisy Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly first. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to resend.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can help resolve the issue.
